What is the difference in a US version and EU version detector?

There are a number of significant differences:

• EU versions have a different bootloader and serial range, rendering them unable to receive North American updates (and vice versa).  
• EU versions support a variety of radar guns that are being used outside of the US. Currently, we support MultaRadar CD, and CT, Stelka and Gatso RT3 and RT4. In the near future we will also be adding Mesta Fusion and 210c support (which is a radar commonly used in France, Belgium and a couple of former eastern block countries).
• EU versions come equipped with our EU database (red light cameras, speed traps, etc.), the database is currently included in your purchase for free (lifetime).
